Terms Of Sale And Use

These terms apply when you use clicktofreedom.com or buy anything from me there. "I," "me" and "my" mean Foxtrot Direct, LLC and Jason, who runs it. By buying, you agree to these terms.
1. What You're Buying

2. Your Resale Rights
When you buy Profit Stimulus, you get the right to sell, edit, give away or adapt the Profit Stimulus program, including its training and sales letter.
- You are the seller. When you resell it, you're responsible for your own claims and for following every federal, state and international law that applies, including the Federal Trade Commission's rules on earnings claims and business opportunities.
- You hold me harmless. I'm not responsible for how you use, change, market or sell the program. You agree to hold Foxtrot Direct, LLC harmless for any claims that come from your use of it.
- My name stays mine. The rights don't include using my name, Foxtrot Direct, LLC, clicktofreedom.com or my likeness, or saying I endorse what you sell.
- Bonuses are for your own use. The tracking spreadsheets, envelope templates and Golden Rules checklist are for your own business. They aren't part of the resale rights.
3. Refunds
- Profit Stimulus: 30-day money-back guarantee. Email me within 30 days of purchase and I'll refund the $27. No forms, no hoops.
- Customized Sales Letter: refundable within 30 days of purchase. It arrives by email, so there's nothing to return.
- Printed Kit: refundable within 30 days of purchase, once you mail the kit back to the address below. Return shipping is your cost. I refund it when it arrives.
- Done-For-You Mailings: not covered by any guarantee and non-refundable.
- Tracking Spreadsheets bought on their own ($97): 7-day money-back guarantee. Email me within 7 days of purchase for a refund. They're licensed for your own business only.
4. No Earnings Guarantee

5. Payments And Chargebacks
Stripe processes all payments. If there's a problem with an order, please contact me first. I'll work with you to make it right.
6. Messages From Me
When you buy, you'll get emails about your purchase, plus emails and mail about direct mail and related offers. You can unsubscribe from email at any time with the link in every email. To stop mail offers, contact me.
7. Using This Website
Everything on clicktofreedom.com, including the text, videos and graphics, belongs to me or is used with permission. You may not copy it except as these terms or your resale rights allow.
8. No Warranties
My products and website are provided "as is." I don't promise they'll meet your needs or work without interruption.
9. Limit Of Liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. My total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid me for the product the claim is about.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
11. Changes
I may update these terms. The version posted on the day you buy applies to that purchase.
