This policy explains what information I collect at clicktofreedom.com and through my emails and mail, how I use it, and the choices you have. "I," "me" and "my" mean Foxtrot Direct, LLC and Jason, who runs it.
The short version: I never sell or rent your information.
What I Collect
Information you give me: - Your name and email address - Your mailing address and, if you choose, your phone number - Your order details: what you bought, when and for how much - If you buy the Customized Sales Letter or the Printed Kit: the name, address, price and payment methods you want on your sales letter - Anything you send me by email or mail
Payment information: Stripe processes every payment. I never see or store your full card number. Stripe saves your card so you can add the one-time offer with a single click. Stripe's own privacy policy covers how it handles your payment details.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, my pages and emails use cookies and similar tools to record things like your browser type, IP address, pages visited and whether you opened an email or clicked a link. I use this to deliver your purchase, keep checkout working and see which pages and emails help people.
How I Use Your Information
- To process your order and deliver your downloads
- To make and send your customized sales letter, printed kit or done-for-you mailing
- To answer your questions and handle refunds
- To send you emails about your purchase, direct mail and related offers
- To send you offers by mail
- To keep your mailing address current
- To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
Who I Share It With
I never sell or rent your information. I share it only with companies that help me run my business and fill your orders, and only what they need to do that job:
- Payment processing: Stripe
- Email delivery: the service that sends my emails
- Address updates: a USPS-licensed provider that checks addresses against the National Change of Address database before I mail
- Printing and mailing vendors: for printed kits and mailings
- Product fulfillment: when you order a program I resell, the publisher receives the shipping details it needs to send it to you
I may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Your Choices
- Email: every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply and ask me to remove you.
- Mail: email me or write to the address below to stop receiving offers by mail.
- Your data: you can ask me to show, correct or delete the information I hold about you. I'll keep only what the law requires, such as order and tax records, plus your contact details on a do-not-contact list so I don't reach out again.
How Long I Keep It
I keep your information while you're a customer or subscriber, and as long as needed for orders, refunds, taxes and legal records.
Security
I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
My products are for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
