This disclaimer applies to clicktofreedom.com, the Profit Stimulus program, its bonuses, the done-for-you mailing service, and every email, letter and video I send about them. "I," "me" and "my" mean Foxtrot Direct, LLC and Jason, who runs it.
No Earnings Guarantee
I don't promise or guarantee that you'll earn any money with Profit Stimulus or anything else I sell. Any numbers I share are examples, not predictions of what you'll do.
My Results Are Not Typical
When I share my own results, such as 178 orders from about 5,000 letters in 2 months, or lead generation mailings that pulled 18% to 20.75% response, those are my results. They came after years of testing, tracking and spending money on lists, printing and postage. They are not typical, and they are not a promise of what you will do.
Most people who buy any business training, including this one, make little or no money with it.
Statements From The Program's Creator
The Profit Stimulus training was originally written by my mentor, Tony Rush. It includes statements about Tony Rush's own results, such as earning millions of dollars. Those results are not mine. I haven't verified them, and they are not typical.
Direct Mail Costs Money
Running direct mail means paying for lists, printing, envelopes and postage. You can spend money on a mailing and get no orders back. Start with a small test, track every piece, and never spend money you can't afford to lose.
Done-For-You Mailings
A done-for-you mailing can produce no orders. I don't promise any number of orders, responses or sales from any mailing.
Your Results Depend On You
Your results depend on many things outside my control, including the lists you choose, your price, how much you mail, how long you keep at it, your experience, and market conditions.
If You Resell Profit Stimulus
The resale rights let you sell the program. When you do, you are the seller. You are responsible for the claims you make and for following every law that applies to how you sell it, including the Federal Trade Commission's rules on earnings claims and business opportunities.
